Rising Valor
Valor Rising is set in a world where less than 30% of the population possesses supernatural abilities, known as Deviations. To control the growing power imbalance, the U.S. government created Valor:
a program that trains Professional Heroes to protect the public
and maintain order.
The story follows Florence Strauss, a idolizer of heroes, as she and her team enter the harsh reality of hero work in the city. Facing dangerous villains and an industry driven by more than just justice, Florence and her teammates must ask themselves: What does it truly mean to be a hero?
