I created an album package based on a concept for a fictional album for a fictional band: Iara by Fantasmas. It is based on the Latin American myth of the Iara. For a band similar to Mana, Satana, Los Enanitos Verdes.

She was a strong battle strategist in her village and as such her brother became jealous plotting to get rid of her. Once she found out about the ploy, she got rid of him and earned her father's scorn and her father's wrath. As a form of retribution, her father and some other villages threw her into the river only for her to be saved by the spirits of the water and turned into the creature she is now; one that sings hauntingly beautifully to exact revenge upon the men who have wronged her.  The piece itself was intended to be really warm, enchanting, and alluring while playing around with the amazon river like environment and fun character design.
